Request medication refills by emailing the name of the medication, dosage and pharmacy you wish to fill at: nfcrn@myupdox.com . We ask 48 hrs notification before picking up.

Going to Florida for the winter, need to see a specialist, or on vacation with an emergency room visit your chart will be at your finger tips. Patient portals are at no cost when used to review ongoing studies. There is a traditional administrative chart fee for complete chart transfer to portal.

You will be able to securely chat with our Registered Nurse. The RN will assist you with your medical concerns, service needs, and chronic medical conditions. It is like having a personal care manager to assist your healthcare needs.
The Virtual Office is a service that is designed to deliver care to established patients of Neighborhood Family Care using secure internet technology. The convenience of medical care at your finger tips. Questions can be answered, appointments made, medications refilled, and a number of medical conditions can be diagnosed and treated. During regular business hours this service is at no cost to patients unless a medical problem is diagnosed and treated, in that case your insurance plan will be billed and all co-pays and deductibles would apply. Persons wishing 24/7 premium access to services can enquire about yearly 24/7 membership fee by enquiring at the clinic.
